History:
Volcanius was granted the highest wizard of Satan by Satan himself due to excessive training and torturing souls in Hell (Lake of Fire). When Volcanius had proven to be a high wizard, Satan was impressed and granted him his title.
Tales of Kemet:
Volcanius is first introduced when the party is in Sybak. He tells Kaede that he and the rest of the Apophians challenge the party to duels in Niflheim. After he loses his battle, he summons the Devil Kingdom and dies from his wounds.
Appearance and Personality:
Valcanius has red skin, brown eyes, and black hair. He wears a Pentacle necklace and a long hooded brown robe with black pockets and a black belt.
